“Eval Data - SPU 4 1402”, November 5, 1999

The A/V materials in the collection are mostly from research projects done at CMU. Most of the tapes are VHS format, though some of them are Hi8 format and there are two data cartridges as well. The tapes in Box 41 originally included a note stating they were “Videos from 1999 VSAM System; Video tapes from [?] surveillance cameras & processing results in VSAM (Video Surveillance & Monitoring) Project, funded by DARPA. PI: Takeo Kanade”. The other boxes did not include identifying information. There are also tapes here with conference proceedings, CMU-produced informational videos on robotics topics, and research outside of CMU.
